Rather than traditional fine dining, the menu follows a more contemporary and storytelling-driven approach, blending vietnamese flavors, cultural influences, and a subtle fusion spirit.

Served throughout the dining experience, this tea blends chrysanthemum, goji berries, red dates, licorice, and longan to create a gentle and calming flavor. A soothing drink designed to bring balance, comfort, and a more complete dining experience.

Anchovy — the fish traditionally used to make Vietnamese fish sauce — appears here in a completely different form: crispy, flavorful, and unexpectedly addictive. A small dish that reflects the spirit of Vietnamese cuisine, where humble ingredients can always be reimagined in surprising ways.

Inspired by Saigon’s iconic bánh mì, this dish combines thin crispy bread, homemade mayonnaise, and silky melting eggs. A lighter and more refined interpretation, while still keeping the comforting spirit of Vietnamese bánh mì.
