• Morning glory 600 g
• Garlic 6 cloves
• Chili 1
• Salt, soy sauce, seasoning enough
• Cooking oil 3 tbsp

SAUCE………………………………..

• Soy sauce 3 tbsp
• Chili 1

DIPPING SAUCE………………………………..

Peel off the skin of the garlic. Pound half and chop half.
Discard the wilted morning glory leaves and wash thoroughly.
This optional step helps to maintain a bright green color. Bring water to a boil with a pinch of salt before adding the morning glory. Drain.
Add the chopped garlic and fry until fragrant. Add morning glory and sauté over high heat. Add salt, soy sauce, seasoning. Top with mashed garlic when the morning glory is nearly cooked.
