| • Jackfruit | 300 g |
| • Watermelon | 300 g |
| • Condensed milk | 150 g |
| • Shaved ice | 500 g |


Peel longans. Dice mango. Dice avocado. Cut jackfruit into pieces. Dice watermelon.
Place fruit in a serving cup or bowl, drizzling on top 2 tsp of condensed milk. Serve with shaved
ice.


Condensed milk can be replaced by yogurt, and you can use whatever fruits are in season.
Gelatin can also be added.
