INGREDIENTS………………………………..

• Tofu 2 pieces
• Tomato 2
• Green onion 2 stems
• Shallot 2
• Salt, fsh sauce, pepper enough
• Cooking oil 50 ml
Soak instant noodles along
with the included seasoning
packet in cold water for 4’.
Drain.

Deep fry the tofu over
medium-high heat until
golden brown.

Dice shallot and green onion.



Dice tomato.

Slowly brown red onions in a
little bit of cooking oil.



Add the chopped tomato.

Add fried tofu and stir well
to coat the tofu with sauce.
Season with salt, fsh sauce,
and pepper to taste. Cook for
about 10’ on low heat.
