• Banana bud | 100 g |
• Lemongrass | 1 stem |
• Chili | 1 |
• Garlic | 3 cloves |
• Chili paste | 2 tbsp |
• Cooking oil | 2 tbsp |
• Water | 2 l |
• Fish sauce, salt, sugar, seasoning |

Wash pork bones, bring them
to a boil, then wash them again
with cold water. Simmer over
medium-low heat for 2h.
Add salt.
You can also stew in a pressure
cooker for 15’.
Finely chop chili, lemongrass
and garlic. Stir-fry with oil, then
add chili paste.
Remove the pork bones,
reserving the broth. Add the
mixture of chili, garlic, and
lemongrass to the broth. Add
fsh sauce, salt, sugar, seasoning
to taste. Add tomato, cut into chunks.
Wash fsh, cut into fllets.
Wash the squid, shrimp, crab,
mushroom, vegetables and shred
the banana bud.
Place all ingredients on a large
serving dish.
Bring the broth to a boil, adding
the above ingredients until cooked.
Serve hot.
Serve with fsh sauce or chili sauce.
Enjoy the soup with rice vermicelli
or instant noodles, mushrooms and
vegetables.
