INGREDIENTS………………………………..

• Coffee powder 10 tbsp
• Egg 5
• Sugar 30 g
• Fresh milk 40 ml
• Sweetened condensed milk 15 ml
• Vanilla extract 1 drop

Crack an egg, keeping only
the yolk.


Beat the yolk, putting it into a
container in the oven at 800C
for 40s.


Put the yolk and the sweetened
condensed milk, fresh milk,
sugar, vanilla in a bowl and
whisk vigorously until you end
up with a frothy, fluffy mixture.

 

IN A SERVING CUP…………………………….


Warm up the fluffy egg mixture
in the oven for 40s before
serving.
Make a cup (50ml) of fltered
coffee.


In a glass, add the hot brewed
coffee to the fluffy egg mixture.
The combination of the bitterness of
coffee and richness of the egg is a
great way to start your day or to relax
after a stressful day of work.
