PHO CUON

INGREDIENTS………………………………..

• Beef 300 g
• Pho square noodles 300 g
• Lettuce 200 g
• Coriander 100 g
• Ginger 50 g
• Garlic 3 cloves
• Salt, seasoning, pepper enough
• Cooking oil 2 tbsp

DIPPING SAUCE………………………………

• Fish sauce 50 ml
• Lime juice 2 tbsp
• Garlic 3 cloves
• Chili 1
• Sugar 2 tbsp
• Seasoning 1/2 tbsp
• Water 50 ml
• Carrot 200 g
Mix lime juice,
fish sauce, garlic,
chili, sugar
and seasoning
together.Garnish
with cut carrot
flowers.

Clean the beef, slicing into
small pieces. Add salt,
seasoning, pepper, garlic and
ginger. Marinate for 10’.


In a pan, brown the minced
garlic till fragrant. Then toss in
the beef and stir-fry for 5’.


Wash lettuce, coriander
thoroughly. Drain.


Place the lettuce, coriander and
stir-fried beef on the rice flour
noodles.


Starting at one end, roll gently
but tightly.
Serve with dipping sauce.
