HOA QUA DAM

INGREDIENTS………………………………..

• Longan 200 g
• Mango 200 g
• Avocado 200 g
• Jackfruit 300 g
• Watermelon 300 g
• Condensed milk 150 g
• Shaved ice 500 g

Peel longans. Dice mango. Dice avocado. Cut jackfruit into pieces. Dice watermelon.
Place fruit in a serving cup or bowl, drizzling on top 2 tsp of condensed milk. Serve with shaved
ice.



Condensed milk can be replaced by yogurt, and you can use whatever fruits are in season.
Gelatin can also be added.
