Soak instant noodles along
with the included seasoning
packet in cold water for 4’.
Drain.
Cut beef into thin slices, and
then mix with salt, oyster
sauce, seasoning and pepper
and let marinate for 10’.
Heat oil over medium heat
and brown the onions. Add
the instant noodles and stirfry for 3’.
Over high heat, add beef and
quickly stir-fry until cooked.
Over high heat, sauté
vegetables and mushrooms.
When the vegetables are nearly
cooked, add grated carrots.
Add salt, oyster sauce,
seasoning, and pepper.
On a serving dish, set noodle,
vegetables and beef. Enjoy
with soy sauce, mix it well.
