INGREDIENTS………………………………..

• Rice 300 g
• Egg 2
• Frozen mixed vegetables
(available from the supermarket)
100 g
• Garlic 2 cloves
• Shallot 2
• Cucumber 1
• Salt, fsh sauce, pepper,
seasoning
enough
• Cooking oil 30ml

DIPPING SAUCE………………………………..

• Soy sauce 2 tbsp
• Chili 1

 


Wash and cook rice. Set
cooked rice aside for it to cool
completely. Leftover rice can
also be used.

Brown the shallot and garlic.



Add cooked rice, stir-fry for 5’,
then add egg and season with
fsh sauce and spices.

 



When the rice is dry, add mixed
vegetables and combine well.



Garnish the fried rice with slices
of tomato, pickles, vegetable.
Serve with soy sauce and fresh
chili.
