INGREDIENTS………………………………..

• Beef fllet 500 g
• Tapioca flour 1 tbsp
• Onion 1
• Dill, spring onion, ginger 50 g
• Bell pepper 2
• Garlic 3 cloves
• Black pepper 1 tbsp
• Brandy 1/8 tbsp
• Salt, sugar, seasoning enough
• Cooking oil 3 tbsp

INGREDIENTS………………………………..

• Chili sauce 3 tbsp

 


Cut beef into small 2x2x2cm
cubes. Marinate beef with
minced garlic, tapioca flour, salt,
sugar, black pepper, cooking oil
and seasoning for 30’.



Cut onion and bell pepper into
2x2cm cubes.



Heat the oil, then stir-fry onion
and bell pepper for 4’, adding
salt and seasoning.



Stir-fry garlic and black pepper.
Add beef and stir-fry everything
over high heat.



When beef is almost cooked
through, add a splash of brandy.



Plate the dish.
Eat with bread while it is still
hot. Use with chili sauce.
